I have been running on an incline and pumped up my weights on my calf raises so I know why my calves are in pain....but it is not going away.
I have massaged, I have stretched.... any other suggestions??

If they are going into spasm try ice and trigger point pressure to the spasms.
If it just normal workout pain, you can try heat, massage, ice but as far as I know the research points to - it takes time.
