Both recipes from Raina:
Pumpkin PantyCakes 2/3 cup pumpkin puree (it's so dang low carb) 2/3 cup egg whites 1 scoop nilla whey cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice As long as your ratio of punk to white is about equal you're good and just thicken it out with some whey. The batter should be a little more on the runny side. I love them cold!! They don't need anything on top. My other PantyCakes 1 cup uncooked oatmeal 6 egg whites 1 cup ff cottage cheese 1/4 tsp nilla extract 2 tbsp splenda cinnamon

You cook them like any other pancakes- until the middles start to bubble.
I'll admit that the pumpkin ones are on the runny side when flipping but they're one of my favorite treats and I prefer them cold! I've used cinnamon powder before and had it work out well. My mom always says PantyCakes
