Default Hit with a basball bat in ABS!!!

OK, seriously been lifting and training hard for 15 years, cycled on and off for 10 years, been natural for the past 2 years. Getting ready to do a cycle consisting of the following

wks 1-10 Karachi susts 250 x2
wks 1-4 50 mg ed d-bols
wks 4-10 tren ace 50mg ed maybe bump up to 100mg ed

HCG and Clomid for PCT also AIFM

33yrs
12%
220 lbs
6'3
in gym 6 days a week, lifting hard feeling great, for the past 3 weeks or so, been really hitting my abs and obliques extreamly hard, here I think lays the problem, I workout in the early afternoon, later on that night it feels like a severe cramping feeling in my abs almost to the point of falling over with pain, I have never felt this way ever....what could it be? I train every body part 110% my abs and obliques in the past would only train them once or twice a week at about 75%. Is this my problem? It is so bad that I put lidocain patches on it to make it feel a little better, is there anything else I can do? This is really a terrible fucking feeling......HELP!!!!

I would suggest more water and taurine.
The cycle looks fine. You should do very well with that.

I get severe cramping with my abs and Hamstrings. what somewhat works for me is alternating light and heaviers weeks. I let the muscles rest and even do a little extra stretching and the cramps still come back.

I didn't help you here my friend....just letting you know I share the same sentiment.

If you're simply over-doing the abs then just wait for them to recover. If it's actual cramping then taurine can often help. 3g to 5g is the typically-recommended range. I often take 3g twice per day, pre and post-workout or just am and pm.

Good test by the way,

With your abs, are you trying to gain more muscle?

Or are you working so hard to cut fat around your middle?

To Gain muscle you are doing the correct routine. 3-4 days per week is plenty for abs,

If you want to see your abs, and need to drop weight, cardio and diet,

The pain issue could be a million things, but you may just be working them too hard. That’s what it sounds like.

You have been hitting your abs “hard” for 3 weeks, well 3 weeks is nothing, see It sounds like you are------------over training--------------------I know that sounds like an oxymoron, with abs. Train your abs 3-4 times a week hard, for 3 months, and to lose fat cardio and diet.

What is your BF% you are young you could get below 10%.

I had similar problems, where working my abs and oblique a lot, to the point where it would cramp and I could see the muscles twisting and bending. I would have to lay in a different position until it passes.
Found out that I tore my obliques and could not work it for a year. Still cramps to this day but I know how to maneuver around it.

If this was in response to me, no I am not taking any of those. Its cramps like a charlie horse.
The first signs of it occurring is when I sneeze. My mom used to say I sneeze too hard. Then I went to the doc and he said I tore it. Then after each set of sit ups, I would have to stand up and lean backwards and stretch.
