Question about Distilled VS Bacteriostatic Water

Has been recommended to use Distilled water for GH vs Bac water due to possibility of PH being thrown off. Does this make sense? Can distilled water be used safely??

The percentage of BA in bacstat is too low to make a difference. Go with bacstat, or sterile if you're not keeping unused amounts for more than a couple days.

I was not to long ago reading the paper insert from a serostim kit. A new one, and it stated that the regular water is to be used only when the solution is being used all at once, ie. no shelf life. It then went on to recomend bac. water if storage is neccesary. So the company itself recomends the bac. water so I would think it's the better choice, or in my mind the only choice.
