Default Theoretical HRT for the young

lets say your 20 something (aka me)

and you know that by late 20's your test dips

would it be logical to assume that if you started cyclying now with just test that one could just bump things up to get extra big, adjust diet, and anti e's etc

then..........when goal is achieved back off gradulally to slightly above normal levels and just "cruise"........

to calrify while striving for a goal (20 lbs increase)


do test at a high range 600mgs up

and then when "backing off" down to 300 mgs or so

It doesn't make sense to start HRT at that age unless you have to for health reasons. Cycling make much more sense. I think biggest reason is that you're still at an age where recovery is fairly painless and almost assured and so it keeping what you gain while cycling, for the most part.

Yeah, no need for HRT or cruising doses until at least your mid 30s, unless your test is just naturally low.

I didn't stop cycling until my mid 40s, but my natural test levels were unusually high.

"Normal" is pretty broad--300 to 1000+ nanograms per deciliter. I would say if your baseline is 600 or more, you're OK. Of course the higher the better.
