The only things I know he uses for sure are Yohimburn ES and Glucorell R. But I think he may use other things that contribute.

From what I know and suspect, he turned pro basically natural, then started really saucing up around the end of 96. In 96 he beat flex wheeler at the um canada pro cup i believe, then placed really low at the olympia. Then in 97 he placed 9th at the O and teamed up with chad nichols. He then proceeded to put on 20 pounds of muscle from the olympia to the night of champions, which he won, and then he won the olympia. The next year he won the o again, with an additional 10 pounds of muscle, and HORRIBLE gyno. Thats also when his gut started growing. Damn, glucorell has some nasty side-effects! LOL J/k/ From what I hear chad was the one who got him using mega doses of insulin and GH and thats where his current size comes from, I doubt he takes much gear. Maybe the basics, anadrol and test etc., but i doubt much more. He doesnt seem the super-itellectual type to me, someone who thinks out super long, elaborate cycles. Chad says "take this" ronnie says "OK BUDDY!" LOL. For the record, in 97 he had almost 20 years of hardcore training under his belt, ANYONE IN THE WORLD who would believe a trainer as advanced as that can put on 20 pounds of muscle in a couple months without mega-dosing is either crazy or stupid. Or both.

i think the biggest differences if you can pick two (because the transformation is rediculous) would be his tris and quads, i cant stop watching that. But it also looks like his ankles have grown by a few inches!!!LOL
