If that was true, you wouldn't be able to buy protein drinks in a can. Just shake it up and drink it

Screw that old advice... I used to mix up a big jug of it and drink from it all day. Stop by the fridge, have a drink, put it back. About a gallon a day... without the preservatives that the canned stuff has it might not last QUITE as long, but a day or two should be fine.

Its all good in the hood.

I have had one after sitting there for a day or two.

I have done what Monster had done also, sipping throughout the day.

But, I have also ate food that has been in the fridge for 14 days (14 days is my cut-off).

That 14 day mark was when I was in college. I am a little more conservative now.

Oh come on, most things are good at least for 14 days!!! I'm in college now and will be until I'm almost 27 (No, I'm not on the 7 year plan, I've actually just got school for that long) and I've found out that after the expiratory date, most things are at least good for a week, sometimes more. The whole milk thing is Kosher, you just have large quantities of cottage cheese for cheap!!! (JJ)

PQ - haha

Of course I would smell the chicken and meat first, and I never got sick! My parents and ex would bring me food whenever they came down, so I have lots of food for a while.

But, it did gross my mom and ex out!
