Hi,

Got this site from a power-lifting friend. Well, I have been lifting since 11 years. Haven't yet cycled and may not as well.

However, my current PRs.

Squat: 450lbs
Dead: 550lbs
Bench: 250lbs

I am here to find answers to my bench. It sucks royally. I had switched to a Hammer Strength work for chest and my pecs grew thick, however, my bench lacks greatly.

Hopefully can rectify that soon.
