Default Glucorell R for powerlifters

Many powerlifters, even the super heavyweight, find themselves in a tough situation balancing carbs and their body fat. You need the carbs to get stronger but at the same time you need to keep extreme, excess fat off or it can get in your way. Mike Miller ( world record highest subtotal) who owns Nazarath Barbell was 420. He decided that because his gut was in the way of his deadlift he would cut carbs to lose weight. He dieted to 380 and didn't lose strength by cutting carbs. But then he stayed there at 380 but his strength leveled out and seemed to hit a plateau. No carbs will do that.
I was at a wedding and he sat at our table. When the wedding cake came he said he couldn't eat it because if he did he'd get dizzy. I told him about Glucorell R and how he could go back to eating carbs without adding fat from them. He didn't really believe me so I gave him 2 capsules and told him to wait 15 minutes and eat the cake. Someone who was an avid user of Glucorell R was at table and told him to just try it. So he did, he ate the cake and never felt dizzy. He was so excited about it that he asked to buy a bottle, which believe it or not I didn't have at a wedding, so when I got home I sent him a couple. He's been using it for two months and is now one of Glucorell R's biggest fans. He asked for a banner for his gym and is sending people to buy it from the AF Store regularly.

wow that's great, i used to use glucorell r religiously, and i actually cut carbs down for the same reason he did only im only 280, anyways my strength has plateaued for the last year in mostly everything, i never really thought it could be due to low carbs(well yeh i did buti just didn't think about it)

anyways i'll have to get back into it and thanx for pointing something out so obvious that i overlooked it

PQ and I are lifetime users. A true innovation of supplementation. Can't wait to use it in my next mass gain phase. r-ALA will get me to 250 @ 12% within a year, mark those words.

Hey I was at that wedding!!!

It really is an awesome product.

How your body manages blood sugar is the single biggest factor in determining if a person is fat or not. Other than straight insulin (which is not recommended for long term use) R-ala (Glucorell) is the only chioce for the athlete looking to maintain his strength and not have to worry about carb spill over.

Not the grooms finest hour appearence wise. I think I was like 290 or so and bloated. I did a powerlifting meet the week before and blew out my eyeballs and all the capilaries in my face.

But the thanks for the heavy set euphemism...jackass

I ordered a small bottle of this the a couple weeks ago just to see what all the noise was about.

I use it in the morning with my meal and post workout. It seems to work very well.

What I really noticed about this product where it shines for my use is during my high carb days. I am currently up to two high carbs on Wednesday and Sunday. I eat a balanced diet high in protein with 4200 calories every day not missing a beat. Meat, whole foods, whey shakes, and veggies. My high carb days I add about an extra 800 to 1000 calories of whatever carbs I can take in. I'm around 180lb so this can be an uncomfortable amount to eat all day. I have been using two capsules of Gluc-R with each meal on high carb days and I never feel full. In the past my stomach would feel full and I would feel like a ballon afterwards. I really think this product helps shuttle carbs into my little muscles. I mean yesterday I felt pumped all day and didn't even lift. I retain vascularity all day as well.

Great Product Ulter. You can bet I've told many around me and that I'll be back for more.
