Rotating injections

My girlfriend has been shooting winny eod for a while now, and she just rotates delts. I wouldnt do this because of the volume i use, i would worry id get an abcess. She is only using .3 ml eod so each shoulder doesnt get that much volume, i dont think she will run into problems but should she use more sites to be safe?

I would think that would be fine. I shoot my tren straight into the bi's... about 3/4 cc everyday alternating bi's and I've never had a proble w/ abcesses.

Hulk... alternating single shot, each head on one side then each head on the other? Or just left side delt, right side delt and so on...?

Abcesses are caused by infections, not by repeated injections into the same site. If your technique is sterile, the only thing you'll get from repeated injections is increased soreness.

she sticks to lat heads on both, left one time right the next, repeat this process. she wont do glutes but did bis, with prop but wants to stick to delts now

I do the same thing Hulk... w/o any problems. I am only using a slin pin though.

BTW.... I used to use quads only for all injections but I will NEVER put Winny there again My leg swelled and I limped for a week! The delts have been peeeeeeeeerfect and painless for Winny injections they needed the most work so the site growth is a BONUS!!! Can you tell I LOOOOVE Winny! LOL!! Tell prima I said hello!!

Mr B is right, GymRat. Repeated injections into the same site can cause a sterile abscess. But, to my knowledge, that only happens with oils, not water-based suspensions such as winny. They absorb within a few hours. And sterile abscesses are neither serious nor very easy to come by. I was shooting tren into my delts with an occasional sidetrip to my tris every day for about a million years and never had a prob.

IronGod disagrees. He looks at my delts, shakes his head and says "Sterile abscess," but the fact is they just popped out gradually from heavy training, it's been two months since my last delt injection, they're still there, big as shit, and he's just jealous (heh heh!). I think it was local growth. Whatever. They look cool. But your girlfriend will have no problem whatsoever with .3ml of a water-based suspension EOD. I'm glad you asked the question, but it's a ridiculous thing to worry about, really.

Couple of things on this and take it from someone who got an abcess in each shoulder at the same time , had to have both of them cut and drained and had no use of both my arms for 3 weeks. A build up of scar tissue from repeated injections into the same site can cause the winstrol not to dissipate as it should , grow bacteria and cause an infection. Now this happened to me after tons of winstrol injections in my delts and i learned the hard way. I would tell her to rotate as much as possible and personally i would go with quad shots if i could. I will never shoot anything in my shoulders again, i was in hell for those 3 weeks

Thanks everyone, I will make sure she rotates some, just to be safe. Nubi, ill tell prima you said hi, she is doing good, we just moved in together and things have been hectic but we are happy, her back is bothering, a lot actually but she is so stubborn, like me, she cant stay out of the gym.

she likes injecting it better, plus it makes her delts look awesome, well they do already so it really makes them look nice. We need to catch up with you guys for a workout b, we're not that far.

Always rotate you can't go wrong. I do love the days I inject tri's or delts and get that little local swell but still rotate to be safe.
