just went to the store and took my blood pressure. first try it regestered 157/82. I thought shit this is hugher then ever. So I walked through the store waited about 4 minutes and took it again and it said 137/72. Both are high but that first number really scared me. I am currently bridging w/ 10 mg dbol am. Also taking l'dex and clomid. My bp was never high before I started cycling years back, and it never really goes back to where it was before I started juicing. How can I get it to go back down and stay level. I expect it to elevate when I am on but after the cycle is over it needs to return to normal. Any suggestions? I was just about to start up again.

If your bicep is anything over 16 inches (I think) your results will be skewed b/c you need the obese cuff. Otherwise the readings will be higher than they really are. So don't put too much faith in those machines as they are based on the average American man's arm which is about a 13" circumference. So don't sweat it and also they're not too bad. You're diastolic is a bit high but that's no biggie. You're still on DBol and walking around a store...They recommend actually either sitting still or laying down for 10-20 minutes before taking to get a truly accurate result for BP. So that's another thing to think about.

If you are really worried, try taking it first thing in the morning for several days to establish a baseline.
So many things can effect your blood pressure. I have actually seen people kind of medidate after a high reading, then we took it again and it was lower. Luckydog is right, most cuffs will show a high reading on us folks. |

A nurse put an electronic cuff on me about 1 year ago and the number was like 240/180 and she damn near freaked. I quickly told her those don't work on me and when she took it again with the manual one it was normal.
