I think it's a over doing it a little but Fonz and some others are doing it. I think there is plenty there especially using both Trex and Levorex

T-Rex gives me Nausea(Im like the only one)...So what I do is run Levorex + some extra Green Tea for added thermogic effect and some extra Alcar. I add Green Tea because Levorex has about 720mg ECGC's...which is OK. But I like to take 1200-2000mg ECGC's/day. I stopped using Ephedrine because of the Green tea. AT higher dosages it works amazingly well...3-5% increase in your BMR with no stimulation whatsoever. And the health benefits I posted at EF are incredible. I just posted a 6 page long post there. The R-ALA has been a staple in my supp arsenal since Day 1. 600-1000mgs/day. Most see dramatic effects in the 1000mg/day range assuming you eat a moderate carb diet. If not, drop down to 600mg/day if you're on a carb restricted diet.

Due to Levorex, I only take 30 pills/day

I love it.

I didnt realize it until now, but I'm over 30 pills a day too. 12 CLA, 10 green tea caps, 10 gluco-rell, and a partridge in a pear tree.

That doesnt even include vitamins or anti-ox's.

No. Funny thing is that too much Green Tea makes me tired. I have to have coffee with it and then I feel o.k.

Also, lets always stress perfect diet. W/o that no fat burner does anything. Lately I have noticed a tremendous synergy of low dose T3 with GT, forcing me to take in more carbs or I lose strength (muscle mass)

Fonz, T-rex makes me nausious also. I couldn't make it through one bottle and after throwing up a few times after taking it, I havn't touched it since. I don't think I have felt much worse from a supplement than on T-rex. But yes, it seems like we are in the minority, too bad. But I love levorex and did like liporexin. I have been taking green tea also along with levorex and haven't had any problems at all. Also take around 1g glucorell-r with great success.

No don't buy that. Look for 50% ECGC and nothing else.
