I'm planning of buying these supps you see below, the main goal is optimalising my health..what do you think?

The ingredients of these products are all useful supps. You should really spend some time shopping around for the first 3 though because you can probably find the ingredients in generic form for a lot cheaper.

...the cheapest place I could find was vitacost.com...if you know any cheaper places please let me know

I think you mean that vitacost is the cheapest place you have found these products...what Ulter means is that you could probably find the ingredients in the supplements cheaper than buying the name brands. But I may be wrong...

Make sure you cover you nutrition "base" first: getting sufficient nutrients for optimal health through healthy and unprocessed food as well as taking a high quality mineral and vitamin supplement.
