I have been researching GH hear and there for some time know. I think we can all agree that there is as much solid advice as there is questionable.
Recently I have incountered an "investigative speed bump" so to speak about duration usage. I am sure we have all read time and time again about prolonged steady use for results. I have however stumbeled across a few recent articles pertaining to prolonged "growth spurt" like usage. What I mean by this is recomendations of using GH at a slightly higher dose(4IU+) for around two week periods and using equal time off. Two weeks on Two weeks off or similar scheduling in other words. I unfortunatly have left the articles/studies at the office which I will post Tuesday when I go in. Due to the fact that the articles are research based and not from some "get huge fast" website I believe they may have some merit. I am confused about this at the moment. Although I can remember at one time a couple years ago I read somewhere that Jay Cutler had used this method and it was around the same time that he really took center stage with his physique. I took it with a grain of salt but it immediatly came to my attention when reading these current articles on "burst like" prolonged GH useage. Any thoughts on this before I drive myself nuts picking through research to better solidify my understanding of GH usage??????? |

I have read articles where guys were advocating using it only 1 week per month. Get the articles I would be interested to see it. Are we talking strictly for growth purposes because to me 2-4iu would be more for bodyfat reduction ( i would say 6 and up for growth spurts especially) in which case I would say it would make no sense to take anytime off.

Trial and error with my local friends has convinced all of them lower doses for longer periods of time are the way to go. Like Deca said you won't experience huge mass gains, but will notice nice body fat loss and a change in body composition over 12+ weeks . I've never done GH, but have witnessed first hand 3-4 different friends use it over the last 3 years
