You might want to consider cutting back slightly on your dosing if it's affecting your mood. The most likely culprit is the carbs it's burning off. Without them you may get more aggressive. Try adding some back into your diet when you notice the change.

You could add Liporexin to it. That will help you lose fat by other mechanisms than Thermorexin and speed up the fat loss.

sounds like low blood sugar, more so since upping carbs ameliorated it.

Gasp... candy!?!?!? That's such a no no!

So listen to this...speaking of JUNK FOOD! My scale was stuck solid on Friday...I started trex on Saturday...

Sunday I was down 3 lbs...which I am assuming is water, it's all good! Sunday we pigged out at a BBQ and last night....damn boyfriend...took me to RED LOBSTER!
When I waddled out, I think I had instantly gained 20 lbs I was THAT full!

When I got home I was MORBIDLY curious as to what the scale said....IT WAS NOW 4 LBS DOWN...even after all that darn shrimp and pasta in my tummy!

I can't wait to see what it says at the end of this week....NO MORE SCREWING AROUND! I told him if he did that again he was a dead man! Like I couldn't have just said no right? LOLOLOL!

Happy cutting everyone!

Chris
