You look awesome, J. Terrific symmetry. Keep doing what you're doing.
What about proportion, what are your wheels like? Great look, you'll cut a swath through the ladies with that. You should be very proud. Jiminy C.

Thanks boys...For supplements I was using creatine, yohimburn Y.E.S and thermorexin. Aside from that all I really did was avoid cardio, train very brief and intense and keep my protein quite high. I ate mostly eggs, shakes, steak, sushi and apples, those were the staples of my diet. I'm going to be doing a cycle starting monday so we'll see just how far I can go. I'm going to be doing d-bol and low dose tren. I know most would skip the d-bol but I like to use it as my test replacement and will be taking only 25mg in the am along with 1/2 tab of letro eod, this works for me with zero water.
LD shoot me an email at therealj@yahoo.com B- let's just say being single is fun Killer- Would you believe me if I told you I went from 210lbs on jan 1st to 192lbs on march 1st and actually gained 3/4" on my arms. My strength managed to stay level as well, diet is certainly the key |

ERTW! aka the Hungry Wolf

226lbs in dec of 2000, I've basically been around 190-200lbs and 8-12% bf for the last 3 years. Now at only 192lbs and 7-8% I look much bigger than I ever have( minus the bloated 226) even though my stats aren't much different then they have been in the past, ulter nailed it when he told me that my muscle just looks more mature and I guess at 27 that will start to happen. I'll be honest and it's something Pharm Animal told me almost 4 years ago, and that is to forget about the scale when dieting and just strive for the look you are after. Going into this I had the mindset that even if I dipped down to 180-185lbs as long as I acheived the look I'm after I won't stress over the scale weight. I'm content to look more like a "mens health" guy then a bodybuilder |

Good job bro. The funny thing about this whole realm is that now that you're "content" to look like a "Men's Health" model, it won't last. Because it's the manifest destiny we all have to constantly improve on our physiques.
I too at one time was content due to professional obligations to look like that. I've actually gained about 16 pounds and gotten leaner from the pictures I have posted in the image gallery. Of course I've moved onto the consulting world and don't need to fit into a 46 suit anymore either. ;-) Keep on striving brother. TD

Having said that of course I'd like 10lbs more LBM and the same bf ![]() |

quote:
Originally posted by Maverik: Just out of curiosity, Were the apples for post workout? And pretty much all protien for the rest of the day?

Mav- They were pretty much throughout the day when I craved something a little sweet, I probably ate 3-4 per day. My metabolism always has been quite high so I can get away with cheating 1-2 days per week, but I don't consider fruit of any sort cheating, despite what the atkins freaks will tell you. I did however avoid pasta, rice, bread and other starchy carbs unless I was cheating , which like I said was generally 2 days per week. A sample day was like this for me 8am - 4 eggs scrambled with some cheese and hot sauce 11am - 30g of whey in water and some peanuts and maybe an apple 1pm - green salad with chicken and shredded cheese 4pm - 3 hard boiled eggs 5:30pm - apple and maybe a powerade depending on energy levels, 2 thermorexin and apply yohimburn Y.E.S to abs 6:00pm - workout 6:45pm - creatine with 40g dextrose 7:00pm - protein shake with 50g of protein and 40g of carbs 8-9pm - 20 pieces of sushi(mostly salmon/tuna) 10ish pm - some beef jerky 11:07pm - late night bedroom cardio with a lady friend 11:17pm - post cardio protein shake before bed and apply some P7 to forearms |
