The lowdown on Cialis

I know nothing about it. I'm sure some of you here have used it. I haven't used Viagra either as I haven't "felt the need" yet being that I'm only 33 years old tomorrow. ;-)

Can somebody break it down for me? You know sides/efficacy et al.

I have a friend who is considering it. I'd also like to know if it's something worth using when you're seriously inhibited from progestins like DECA or TREN. You know what I mean. When you want a "pornstar weekend" or whatnot.

Bro, guys 20 years old are using it. In France it's simply call the weekend pill. The whole damn country is on it.

You can take it and it's ready when you are. It lasts a day and a half, at first two days, and you don't have to time your dosing. Personally I like to take it just before bed, on a night I won't need it. It have less sides the next day. Not that the sides are even that noticable for me and for many there are none. A little head pressure if I have used Thermorexin throughout the day. You MUST have a sex drive though for it to work. If you're not aroused it won't MAKE you want sex. So a little Proviron maybe a good idea to have on hand.

Yep, cialis is good stuff... It lasts close to three days for me, no sides, and it's very convenient that you don't have to take right before activity. The only problem is I get sad when its effects run out and I'm left with what I had before.

20% is ridiculous. This study was on men with and average age of 57 who actually HAVE ED and 60% scored.

Efficacy of tadalafil for the treatment of erectile dysfunction at 24 and 36 hours after dosing: a randomized controlled trial.

OBJECTIVES: To examine the therapeutic effects of tadalafil on erectile dysfunction (ED) at 24 and 36 hours after dosing. METHODS: A multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel-group study of 348 men (mean age 57 years) with ED was conducted in Europe and the United States. Patients were stratified by baseline severity of ED using the Erectile Function domain score of the International Index of Erectile Function and then randomly allocated within the severity group to receive tadalafil 20 mg (n = 175) or placebo (n = 173). Subsequently, participants were randomly assigned to two 4-week treatment intervals, during which they were requested to attempt sexual intercourse approximately 24 or 36 hours after tadalafil or placebo dosing. The primary outcome measure was the proportion of successful sexual intercourse attempts (completed to ejaculation) according to patient self-report using the Sexual Encounter Profile diary. RESULTS: Of the 348 patients, 327 (94%) completed the trial (163 of 175 in the tadalafil group and 164 of 173 in the placebo group). Thirty-six hours after tadalafil dosing, 59.2% of intercourse attempts were successful versus 28.3% in the placebo group (P <0.001). The proportion of successful intercourse attempts at approximately 24 hours after treatment was also significantly greater with tadalafil (52.9%) than with placebo (29.1%; P <0.001). Tadalafil was well tolerated. The incidences of four treatment-emergent adverse events were significantly greater in the tadalafil group than in the placebo group [all P <0.05): headache, flushing, dyspepsia, and myalgia. CONCLUSIONS: Tadalafil 20 mg is an effective and well-tolerated treatment for ED that has a period of responsiveness of up to 36 hours.

things to know...
if headache is your side effect....take a nsaid (ibuprofen, naproxen, vioxx, etc) side effects were shown to be mostly with 8hours of ingestion

if you start to have chest pain...tell the doctor you have taken cialis, viagra, or levitra because if you recieve nitroglycerin, your blood pressure will bottom out....one drawback of the longer half life!!!!!

cialis is not contraindicated with alpha blockers used in BPH like flomax or uroxatral(new selective alpha blocker) like viagra and levitra

if your lady is older.....and you guys havent gotten busy in a while....or you plan to punish your woman...please use some lubrication, so your partner can enjoy

the most common complaint about cialis is that some guys only feel the wffects about 12-24 hours after they take it.

personally it hits me within the hour.

I have to use it whenever I'm on a cycle. The only adverse side effect that I get from any gear is LIMP LOL. No pimples, no loss of hair, nothing except that. Just the luck I guess. I found the Ciails to work wonders. Each dose affects me for about a 48 hr. period

When on cycle, how often do you guys use it? Do some of you take it every third day towards the end of the cycle when you're most inhibited? What risks are there to take it for extended periods of time(as somebody might have to do when on an extremely inhibitory cycle)

You will definately build a tolerance to it taking it daily or EOD. I suggest E3D if you want to keep taking it over an extended period. I have a much more predictable sex life than you must have because I know within a day when I will need it or not. I have no need to be ready every day. Not that there is anything wrong with that.
