so, If I have a script fro 30mg Adderall, for just one month, adn I declare 3 months of meds at teh border, are they going to let it slide? Also, if I have a script fpr 200 mg of Test are they gohing to let me slid with three months worth for HRT, without taking my script?

Just wanted to say I love this board for the lack of idiots.

According to what the FDA has been saying in the news lately they won't let anything pass for any reason, yet the law contradicts the statements they have made.

I have no real world experience declaring something when crossing the boarder.

I myself have been on Ritalin (legit script) for years. I never could find it in Mexico. Ritalin is so watched that I literally have to go to my doctors every month to pick up a written 'script just to get it filled. No refills are legal, and doctors CANNOT call it in over the phone. The Rx companies (alot of them on the net) that mail 3 months worth of prescriptions CANT do that with ritalin either. Adderral (sp?) may be different, I dont know. If you have a legit American script, and you can find it in Mexico, I wouldn't think you'd have a problem bringing it back. The test, though, is a different story. Even with a script, I dont think a customs agent will allow you to bring it back home. Believe this or not, alot of times it will depend on the customs agent that your dealing with. Its up to them, and that can be a good thing, or a bad thing. The anabolics that you'd want to bring home from Mexico are normally vet anabolics anyway, which wouldn't match up with a legal script. The only tests that I've personally seen in Mexico that were made for humans are just as expensive as its American versions. The sustanon amps I've seen at border towns run $15-$19....too much for me. Primoteston (enanthate) amps ran about $4.50-$5.00/amp, which wasn't oo bad. Thats just my experience, though. Back to your question. From what I understand, the 3-month policy ended quite awhile ago. Customs agents told me that the law now says you can declare something like 50 unit doses of a drug.

i dont think a script from one country is valid in another country.....if it was then i would be able to go buy a script in TJ, and legally bring back my stuff.

NO. It has to be a drug that is approved for use in the US. Sustanon and primoteston are not approved. You could in theory get away with 50 mg/mL deca (way overpriced). Vet drugs are of course a no-no.

Adderall is NOT something to even think about getting in Mexico. It's simply prescription amphetamines, and a schedule II narcotic. Even with the script, you'll be detained. I can almost guarantee it.
