Default Cycle Update (for Rocko and Ulter)

ok boys to refresh your memory im the guy who had the vitamin injection question
anyways
I weighed 155, 180 cm tall

I started my cycle on dec 29 at 155, and today is jan 4, 1:35 am and I weigh 164

10 mg D-bols 4 a day, 300mg deca once a week, 750 omandren first week, 500mg through out, 8 week cycle

doing DoggCrapp training with extreme stretches and everything

I'll keep you posted through out

Congrats bro, sounds like good progress so far. I'll be interested to see how the DC training goes while on, I've done it before, with good results, but only while off - I imagine that it should work well.
Now I don't remember, but I think that you were wanting to gain weight on this cycle, and it looks like your off to a good start it that department. Just be careful that you don't fall into the trap that many body builders make, both novice and experienced that weight = progress. Your greatest guide is going to be what you see in the miror, before you get to far down the road, get a friend to take some pictures, now and then because it's tough to see progress every day and thats when the scale trap is most deadly. I see guys at my gym all the time that are 230, 250 and greater, but look half as good as the guy at 190 shredded. So keep that in mind, train hard and good luck.

and yeah I am taking pics, I took one right before I started

and also I did inject those vitamins A,B-com,B-12,C, and E before I started the cycle

now im only doing b-com,b12, and E
taking calcium, and B-6 on the side
dont know how much they affected me in growth, but I am healing up fast
