Default Clen, Yohimbine and taurine

Over at Animal's board, there sems to be the idea that the reason clen stops working is depletion of taurine and upregulation of alpha receptors. The solution is, you guessed it, taurine and Yohimbine.

From what Ive gathered the use of taurine regulates osmolarity, and when depleted the control over T4-->T3 conversion is slowed. Taurine depletion is also implicated as the cause of cramps associated with clen (again goofy osmoregulation). Adding taurine can eliminate these 2 sides?

The addition of Yohimbine is to control the upregulation in alpha receptors. This is contrary to what most attribute to the diminishing effect of clen; downregulation of beta's. The argument is that the upregulation of alphas overcompenstes for the beta activation, but blocking the alphas will allow the continued thermo properties of clen.

Can someone validate or show the err in any of the above?

Default

clenbuterol does not upregulate A2

though there is definite benefit to stacking yohimbine and clen (or ephedrine)
