Ahh ..., you see, here it's 1:30 in the morning and all of the neurons are not quite firing like they should be.
Yes, i have used slin pct. I used humalog rather then humalin just because I liked the faster acting nature of it - gave me better control. As far as using it goes, I used 5-8 units post workout for 4 weeks. Now you've been around long enough so I'm sure you've heard about all the necessary precautions to take when using slin. I said that I used it post work out, but now that I have learned a little more since then I would suggest using it first thing in the morining. I belive that what your looking for is something to offset the horibly catabolic environment that your body will experience now that your comming off. Most people will suggest to use it post work out, but in my mind that makes more sense when your in a more anabolic stage of the game, during a cycle, or between cycles because your tying to help the transport of amino acids and nutrients into the muscle. If I'm understanding correctly, right now you would be looking to slin as more of an anticatabolic then an anabolic - and this is why I recomend morning shots. You see, cortisol is at it's highest concentration in the morning, around 5-25 ug/dL, and you can gaurntee that your going to be at the high end of the spectrum. By about noon, cortisol has droped off to 5-15 ug/dL and by evening down to 0-10 ug/dL. So if only going with once a day shots - take it with breakfast, just be sure about your carbs as your stomach will be empty. If you feel up to it, go 2 a day, once in the morning and then once post workout and throught some creatine in there for a little extra kick. You should find that this should help some of the post cycle strength / weight loss. Just be careful that you don't equate maintaining weight with maintaining gains - many a hard body became a pudgy body with that logic. rocko Pain is temporary, Pride is forever.

Hey cal,
Ive used Humalog post cycle too and i will always use it from now on. I dont really lose any strength or weight pc and it definately helps with any mental aspect besides strength and weight because it keeps you full. I used 10iu post workout only. I used a shake with 10g creatine, 10g glutamine and 65protein and 100g dextrose. Worked excellent. 1stRule: Show Up! 2nd Rule: Squat!

The 4 hour window with humalogue seems right to me. Everthing I have ever read seems to place it's duration of activity at about 2 hours with only a slight elevation in hours 2-4.
