Default No2-Nitric Oxide

I have been hearing pretty good things about nitric oxide, supposedly a "super" creatine. from my understanding, it works by forcing blood into the spaces inbetween muscle cells, creating a "perpetual pump." a quick overview of the product can be found at this link. if anyone has any other good info or opinions on the product, please post them. NO2

One other thing, i've also read that the use of NO2 can lead to a greater amount of free radicals in the body. is this true to any extent?

There is a guy at my gym who has been taking it for about a month. I have talked to him about it because I was interested in trying it. He said that to get any of the supposed benefits he really had to up the dosage. According to him, the 180 cap bottle lasts 10 days. Since the bottle costs about $80 that sealed the deal for me, and he agreed that if he could not get them at a substantial discount (he works for a health store too) he wouldnt have stayed with it for as long. He did say that some other people have reported better results. I decided to pass on this one, for $240 a month, I can get something with much better and more proven results.

As a side note, if you are really interested in this product go to GNC since they are promoting it right now and you can get a complete book on it for only $1.

i took two bottles last spring and felt absolutely nothing off of it. I wasn't expecting it to really be this new wonderful thing either, but i guess if i had to rate it, two big thumbs down.

Ive used it twice before, once with GREAT results, the second very little. It seems to depend on the brand, for me the sci-fit one works best, the ones by sportpharma and pinnacle are crap, the one by max-muscle seems pretty good. Keep your dose about 7-8 grams a day if under 200 pounds, split into 3 daily doses. Run 9-11 grams a day if over 220 or so.
