My heartbeat has always been high, even in best of shape it is in the 80's BPM.
Right now it is 100 BPM average, I am currently 5'7" 218 15% BF. My doc said it may be my size and that my heart has to work much harder. Could this be true? If that is the case, heart problems are in my family, so I may want to decrese my size. May be get to 200-210 range at 8-10%BF and just stay there. I am short so I still would look pretty huge, or at least I thought I did when I was there? What do you all think? I could probabally easily get there by running a very light cycle, I am already on 20mg T. Cyp HRT. I was thinking 400mg Test Cyp Whole time 200-300 mg deca need it for the joints T3 ^ to 100mcg then down 6 weeks twice maybe drop the deca to 150 and add 400 eq sometime for 8 weeks then maybe anavar 40mg ed for 6 weeks. HGH is a stong possibilty too! I would just keep 400 test and roatae anabolics, ,cycle t3 with clen and therrmorexin basically. Sound right?

If I read your math correctly, all you want to do is drop about 13lbs of bodyfat. Look at it yourself, Dragon. Going from 218lbs at 15% BF to 205 at 10% BF is losing 13 lbs of bodyfat. That's all you're proposing to do.
That being the case: Why do you need a boatload of anabolics to do that? Answer: You don't. Shit, you have cyp, deca, anavar and HGH thrown in here. That's ridiculous. The answer here is diet and training, gear is a very distant third-place priority. Keep it very simple, and run just enough test to hold onto muscle while dieting. Bjaarki ... Then, do what you have to do.

Is your BP high too. If so, try some diuretics

Let me clarify and change a little.
I want to hit my goal by the new year. 200mg test cyp. weekly. Getting reg. blood tests and don't want it too high and have min sides. then I will rotate with small doses of anabolics and t3, and clen, so I don't loose too much mass. No hgh now, can't afford it. Anabolics will be deca, eq, anavar, ,and maybe very low dose of dbol on and off. Don.t want to loose too much mass or strength. I will change my work out to light weight and high reps and add cardio. This all for health reasons. My diet will be around 2500 Kcal with 100g protien supplement, Multi vitamin, nuerogenex, and ALCAR orally. I am cutting out every thing else. Except maybe green tea extact and guggles when of T3. My main question is, having a high heart beat harder on your heart? [This message was edited by Dragon on 09-22-2003 at 02:49 PM.]

my cardiologist didn't flinch when he hooked me up to the tread mill for a stress test and my resting pulse was 100. However, when at rest and not under stress (just going to the doctor is enough to raise my BP and pulse) mine is about 80. BP is a much greater concern according to him.

When I go to my doctor my bp is always fine, with the regular hand pump, but my wife and a bro of mine have those electronic and mine is always high. Saturday evening it was 146/98, Friday was 153/89. My numbers are always like that.
I feel like I have alot of water retention, ,and have felt his way for ahwile. I think that is why my BF is areound 15% when using those hand grip things. I am only on 200mg of test, even when I wasn't on I felt bloated. It probabally is why have high blood pressure. The bad thing is my doc is willing to prescibe the test but not armidex. He say's it is out of his league. I don't want to push it on him for diuretics either, because I know he will just blame it on higer test levels. I wish I could get the scipts so my insurance would cover it! But I have dex and femara, I could run it for a couple of weeks and see if I loose some water. I just can't afford to use it all the time.

those electronic BP monitors aren't worth a shit, get yourself the hand pump if you are concerned.
Try some OTC diuretcs like aqua ban or similar from the women's "cramping and bloating" section of your local drug store.
