Default Scared shitless, testicular cancer...

I've got a appointment with my doc next week. I had a pre- employment physical the other day and they found several lumps on my testes. Cancer runs in my family, this is definetely some scary shit. I have no idea how long they have been there.

Here's what is scaring me the most, I was on for a long time last year, if i had cancer this whole time, wouldn't the roids cause the cancer cells to spread and duplicate faster?? I've felt fine right up until now, i don't suffer any symptoms besides the lumps. These have been the longest few days of my life i can hardly complete a sentence without wandering into some kind of messed up senerio as you guys can probably tell by this post. I just hope it isn't cancer, or if it is it hasn't spread from the testes to the lymph nodes and god knows where else.

The worst part is my mother is battling cancer right now. She didn't even know she had it until she had a ceasure 4 years ago. It originated in her lungs and spread to the brain. She had both tumours removed and thought she had beat it up until 4 months ago. It had spread to the spine. She had surgery to remove that and as a result can not and never will walk again. A lot of complications as well. She's a fighter. I don't know if my family or i could handle me being sick as well. All i know is cancer is one horrid disease and i wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. It's 4am here and i am going to try to get some sleep.

Stay safe everyone, and remember to do you own testicular exams and get checked!!

Many guys find nodes or lumps on their testes. I found one about a year ago. Went to the Doc & since it was free floating not bound to the teste it'self- it was deemed a cyst. So, if there is pain, it's prob. OK. Or , if it(s) free floating, you're prob ok. I would tell him though about the AS's. Testicular cancer forms on the teste and gets really big without much pain. My cyst burned- especially at night. Hope your OK.
Take Care!!!

I hope it turns out ok for you, good luck.

In case you've missed my other 39487 posts on this, Glucorell R will have a significant affect on the spread and activation of cancer cells. If you're not already, you should get on it ASAP, your mother too.
Cancer cells need NF Kappa B that's in your body in order to bind to your DNA. Without it the cancer can't live. Glucorell R protects NF Kappa B so the cancer can't use it to transcribe.

Just in case there is any doubt in your mind about what I am saying here are some references...

Alpha-lipoic acid modulates NF-kappaB activity in human monocytic cells by direct interaction with DNA.

1: FASEB J. 2001 Nov;15(13):2423-32.

Alpha-lipoic acid inhibits TNF-alpha-induced NF-kappaB activation and adhesion molecule expression in human aortic endothelial cells.

Zhang WJ, Frei B.

Drug Metab Rev. 1998 May;30(2):245-75.

alpha-Lipoic acid: a metabolic antioxidant which regulates NF-kappa B signal transduction and protects against oxidative injury.

Packer L.

Department of Molecular and Cell Biology, University of California, Berkeley 94720-3200, USA.

Although the metabolic role of alpha-lipoic acid has been known for over 40 years, it is only recently that its effects when supplied exogenously have become known. Exogenous alpha-lipoic acid is reduced intracellularly by at least two and possibly three enzymes, and through the actions of its reduced form, it influences a number of cell process. These include direct radical scavenging, recycling of other antioxidants, accelerating GSH synthesis, and modulating transcription factor activity, especially that of NF-kappa B (Fig. 12). These mechanisms may account for the sometimes dramatic effects of alpha-lipoic acid in oxidative stress conditions (e.g., brain ischemia-reperfusion), and point the way toward its therapeutic use.

If you or your mom need any support just email me. I had pancreatic cancer not too long ago. The doctors didn't help me much at my HMO. Unless you feel like spending massive amounts of money on great doctors, you need to become "one".

There is right and wrong, but only God knows which one is which. I am always having trouble finding an answer that I "think" has more right than wrong in it.

I wish you the best of luck my friend.
