I think it will be back up sooner or later. Somebody posted an email from Rugger on steroidology somewhere. Apparently the server lost the entire database of posts and anasci may have to start from scratch. Needless to say, Rugger isn't all smiles about it.

i talked to rugger the other day about it. the last backup is months old. if and when it is back up, it will be brand new.
