Default All you SUGAR EXPERTS.... Are these any better than regular candies?????

I will be done cutting in 2 weeks and once pics are done, I will be looking to maintain a low BF for at least 3 months until I begin bulking. I found these to snack on, will they be OK once im done cutting or are they just as bad as regular candy?

Yes, sugar alcohols have a VERY low glycemic index compared to traditional sugar. But one negative side: they give many people loose stools. I'd say they are much better for you, bodyfat-wise. Just don't go crazy.
