My 1 1/2 hours of hell are finally over. Today I trained legs with Curious George and lunchbox. I'm beginning my 3rd week today and they kicked my ass.
After doing high rep squats and fighting with nausea, I lost the battle and my breakfast. I must have looked like a girl sitting in the corner in front of the fan. Best part of tossing your cookies is at least your not sick anymore. Pushed through the rest of the workout and got the hell outta there. These two animals train hard. So I joined there gym that day, and I look forward to many more sore, puked-filled days. Ohh, and my goals for this cycle, to make CG and LB loose their lunch, the bastards. Go Blue!!! |

I must say it is always a pleasure to have you train with us and by the way you are the only one who has been back for a second helping. I always feel a little sick when we hit it hard like that(a few pieces of ham found their way back up on that last set-nothing like some protein in the middle of a leg workout) I am sure you will be passing us up when things really kick in. But until then CG and I have some bragging rights!!! Looking forward to seing you there again!! |

IronGod does, and he won't lift with me unless I've gotten up at least 3 hours before training legs in order to gag down an MRP or two, two bowls of oatmeal, a banana and some orange juice. correct me if Im wrong... But isnt the reason for puking have something to do with all of the blood rushing to the muscles instead of digesting the food you ate.

12:00-1:00 lunch (lots of it)

Kudos to IG for the high rep squats. That was a great workout. I never get up like that training legs alone. TimeBomb, you have all the tools in the world. You just have to put it together. I wish I was 22 again. You stuck in there like a champ. I would have probably been done after puking but you kept right on training. This kid is really going to get big.

Ok, this thread is really pissing me off. I love hearing how you guys push each other. I cannot find one asshole who will train with me for more than a week. It fukin sucks.
