Default Keto Diet and Jiggly Fat

Hey guys,

I have been following a keto diet for several weeks now, the weight loss has been great but my body is really trying to hang on to its stubborn fat right now. But my problem is that my fat seems to be more jiggly, if that makes any sense, and this coupled with flatter muscles is really getting to me right now. I dont recall in the past having this problem with a traditional carb diet, but I could be remembering wrong, (misremembered...lol). Do you think it is just a product of fat loss and the fat is loosing its density?

I would say the "jiggly fat" has more to do with loose skin than the "jiggliness" of the fat especially if you are losing it at a very fast rate like most do on a Keto diet. Your body is losing fat faster than the skin can react to. Depending on how old you are it should tighten up to some degree but if you lose alot of fat you may have to have corrective surgery to have the excess skin removed.
