Chewing Winny tabs

I know this has probobly already been asked, but does anybody have any confirmation that chewing winny tabs is better for the uptake than swallowing them. Yeah, yeah I know injecting is best, however....

H.D. had not heard of that either. I know, I can chew em' up for ya and let you know what works better. Don't be afraid of those needles.

I think people started to talk about chewing your winny when the ** tabs came out. They had a pretty hard outer coating and it was recommended to chew em a bit to break them up. My last winny cycle and this one I am on now, I always bite my tabs to crumble them a bit, doesn't taste bad. Also I have been trying to always take my orals with Grapefruit juice, as studies have shown increased absorbtion in the intestine I believe, when drugs are taken with Grapefruit juice. Don't know if its just me, but I feel like the Grapefruit juice thing really works. JF over and out

jack is right..the eyepeepee winny tabs were so small and pressed so hard that if you didn't chew them they could simply pass right out the other side
