I was wondering what a good dosage a week of EQ would be for a first cycle? Would it be a good idea to frontload? I was thinking about running 200mg a week for 10 weeks and weeks 6-10 winny eod. Just looking to get hard, and gain a few extra lbs. of lean mass.

bro, i just finished my first cycle and when i was planning i was thinking just like you. Just harden me up and give me a couple lbs. I was going to do eq 300 for 12 weeks. bros talked me into adding some test which i did. All i can say is i wish i would have added more test! At least 400eq/wk also.

Thanks <HR></BLOCKQUOTE> I am in favor of small dosages for the first cycle. I don't even think it is necessary to use even two products at the same time to get good results on your first cycle. Having said that, I think that one should take at the very least a "legitimate" dose of anabolics, especially if you are using a low androgenic product such as eq. If I would have to do it over again, my first cycle would be eq only at 500-600mg per week for about 10-12 weeks. Keep the "harder" stuff for later. |

In retrospect, I think we(as BB'ers and athletes) are relying too much on more drugs these days than optimizing diet. I'm actually testing this hypothesis out and using just 75mg Tren/day(Maybe even 50mg/day), and adjusting diet to razor edge status to see. I'm also shying away from stimulants.
