Default t4

hi all!!!
i am baout 14% BF. and was thinking about using T4,
i really dont no much about the cycle or the dose other then what i read here and there. would it be good to use since i do a lot of cardio and have a good diet? i only want to go down to 9% BF. and stay there as long as possiable. oh yeah, what are the long term side effects?

T3 or T4(which is converted into T3) alone with just diet and cardio is a recipe for disaster. You will lose a ton of weight and half of it will be muscle ...you'd be much better of incorporating an excellent(not good) diet along with smart training and cardio. For supplements a good fat burner such as NYC+ will be much better choice than either T3 or T4. I'd recommend doing a very low carb diet for the first 3-4 weeks and then switch to a more conventional diet with low-moderate fat/moderate carbs/high protein and add glucorel-R. Those first few weeks will shock your system and drop some quick water weight and by the 3rd week some true fat loss will have taken place. It's not a fun diet to run for extended periods but it is the fastest way to drop water/fat/weight..

You might want to reconsider eating carbs and using the Glucorell R.
Michelle Power is a runner who is delighted with her results from Glucorell R. It's helped improve her times and give her more strength. She will be running in The Boston Marathon next month.
