Introduction and question

sup guys?
just wanted to introduce myself. been a member for here for a couple years i guess, just don't ever post. probably my favorite board though, there are a lot of smart guys on here and no drama. anyway, i was hoping some of you might know of some good places to work out in the San Diego area. I will be moving down there in a month or so and could use some suggestions from any local bros. please keep in mind that for the past year i have been working out at Golds in Hollywood and this is quite possibly the gayest gym in the United States(not that there is anything wrong with that, just not my thing).so, i would like to be a member of gym where only the women wear pink spandex. any thoughts are appreciated.

I feel for you. I really do. I HATED San Diego.

The only REAL gym there is the World Gym (formerly Gold's) in Pacific Beach, just off the 5 freeway at Garnet Ave.

Other gyms you can consider are the Powerhouse in PB on Mission Blvd., close to the beach, or Frogs in Mission Valley. Both are adequate at best. The rest of the gyms I found in SD are lame Family Fitness crap places where you get scolded if you make too much noice.
