Default Whats the BEST diet for a BODYBUILDER looking for MAXIMUM FATLOSS?

There's so many diet's out there it's really confusing when trying to pick the right one. What type of diet is the best for ULTIMATE FATLOSS for a bodybuilder? I've read about so many. TKD ,CKD ,MKD ,Atkin's ,Mr.X's "The NOT so Natural FAT-FAST diet!" ,ect.... or would just your basic high protein ,low fat ,and carbs diet be the best? Im looking for MAXIMUM FATLOSS ,a diet that could also be used during contest preperation. All without the usual fatloss aid's such as DNP ,clen ,bromo ,T3 ect... Im not against using these fatloss aid's ,I just want to know what the best diet is for fatloss before adding such thing's into the mix. I want to get my bodyfat percentage as low as I possibly can "naturally" (hopefully around 6-7%) before I start to use thing's like DNP ,clen ,T3 ,ect... to get my bodyfat to an insanely low level such as a TRUE 4% or so. I dont need help planning a diet for myself ,I can do that just fine once I figure out which diet I want to do. I just need help deciding which diet to go with. Again Im looking for a bodybuilder's diet that will result in MAXIMUM FATLOSS. Im not too concerned with muscle loss as I will use AAS to combat that. Any help any of you can give me will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

There are several really good diets posted here. If you search for diet and fitnesschick you'll see a couple of very good ones.

The best one for you is the one that works for you. Basically, I follow the Zone with more protein. My BF never gets above 11 an goes to 7.5 in the summer. However, I do use AS 2-3 times a year.

The problem I run into is I need to eat som much clean food to stay around 210-220.

Experiment.

What works for peter, may not work for Paul. I think only you can answer this. however, i think with the aid of certain supplements for preventitive maintenance and the necessary added Test (pref. Fast acting = Prop) to minimize muscle loss, you can make any diet work the way you want.

dieting is only one variable in the equation. do you intend on taking any gear/supplements at all if so which ?

i was into Powerlifting for a little while, now i have changed to more of a dynamic strength building regime to compliment my martial arts. as you know PL and martial arts have two ways of building. my way of eating changes with my interest. find a diet you believe can stick with and that will fit your lifestyle. the 0 carbs didn't work for me, no energy. so i up'd the carbs a tad, with no carbs after 5pm. find an orignal diet and access your progress every 2wks and make necessary changes to reach your goals.

a little side note...not sure of your stats...but GH and fina, with a little test changed my body comp drastically.

I have said this before and I will say it again. The best fat loss diet I have ever used is the one posted by NYFlex. GO under Competitors Corner and it should be on the 2nd page. He describes it in great detail. It got me down to 4%bf. Mind you I was on cycle at the time but still the best diet for fat loss, none the less.
