just got some waxy maize starch. on the jug it says use 1-2 scoops pre workout, and 1-2 scoops post workout. can i have some incite on how people use this most effectively? thank you.
also have a ? about protein. how do i make it slow release into my body (shake before i goto bed). i am tired of buying casein protein. does fish oil do this? thanks for the posts. |

I use it like this:
Preworkout, right before my first set, approx 30g WM and 3 scoops Extend (BCAA's) PWO, right after last set, 75g WM, 3 scoops Extend. 20 minutes after that, whey isolate. 60 minutes after whey isolate, chicken and yams. I wouldn't mix your protein powder w/ the WM as it will slow the WM down too much and defeat the purpose. Take it by itself or w/ some BCAA's |
