I think I am finally hitting puberty

Ulter, thanks for the post about what life insurance companies test for. I am sure we all appreciate the extra mile you go for everyone on here.

One thing I forgot to mention is during the life insurance physical exam it was noted I was 1 to 1.5 inches taller. The same company did an exam for life insurance in 1998. I doubted it and remeasured again the next day - sure enough I am at least an inch taller. Several years of high supplementation, occassional HGH, some cycles of testo etc, lots of st. leg deadlifts and squats - and at 41 I am taller than when I was 37. I was diagnosed with severe degenerative joint disease years ago, and am wondering if somehow I have grown some disc height back from all the stimulation/compression/traction. After every work out I hang for 1 minute from a chin up bar and imagine my spine lengthening, then upside down from the hyperextension gizmo and put my hands over my ears and lightly pull my head up (towards the floor) - I often hear several lengths of my spine pop.

At last - at 41 I am hitting a growth spurt.

My shoe size went up 1/2 size after my first two gh cycles. I'm not lucky enough to have grown in height though.

Havent done GH but I grew about 1/2" from AS. I may almost be 5'8" now lol

Funny thing you posted this. This morning on the ER rerun I watched, there was a boy that came in that got in a fight in school and hurt his wrist. After examination there were some abcess on his legs.

Turns out he was injecting "HGH" that he got off the internet with his Grandma's diabetic pins. He got an infection from the dirty needles. He said that he wanted to take it cause he was so short and all the kids picked on him so he wanted to get bigger.

That has nothing to do with this post really, but it reminded me of it. Silly hollywood people

Actually, my aunts neighbor has a little girl with a growth disorder. She is the same size of my cousin who is in the second grade, but shes really in 7th grade. She takes daily shots of GH and is improving greatly. Im still trying to find out her dosage.

A friend of mine grew a whole shoe size during his gh cycle, so i guess it's not all that uncommon.
