Default Update

Well , things have been going well for me, i can walk reasonably well now, no longer does walking feel like walking on broken glass. My leg strength is horrendous, taking the dog out leaves me with cramps and sore muscles, LOL!!! It will all change as soon as i can start squatting again, in about two weeks.

I think i'm going to train naturally for the first month to get my body back into the rythm, then i'll kick in a decent cycle, doses won't be as high as usual due to my embarassingly low bodyweight.

here's what i'm thinking

200-300mg eod of prop sciomed testolent
200mg eod organon deca yellow tops
80mg ed of my tren
Debating on adding 50mg ed of thai dbol

it's not the largest cycle i've ever had, but i believe that muscle memory alone will cause a huge amount of muscle growth, weighed myself yesterday and i'm down 45 lbs. I've got a long road ahead, the goal is to not gain any fat at all during the cycle, diet will be incredibly clean yet more than enough.

E2,
Now that is the right attitude..
I truly think with your knowledge and that positive
attitude the road to recovery will be shorter than
you think..

Train smart my friend.

p.s.Not to mention that little cycle will
kick start the process nicely.d

Glad you are getting better my friend!

Good idea to start naturally for 4 weeks. Why not make it 6 or 8?

Little cycle?

That is like 2.5g of Gear per week.

If it's not hard it's not worth doing...

If your dog is Chihuahua, than that is truly pathetic, if it is a Mastiff, than that aint too bad.
Muscle memory only works for guys who had muscles....lol (dont hurt me E2)...

Seriously, I am glad to hear your progress, you will be back in no time.

Good news E2...dare I say you could probably make drastic gains with half the gear due to the catabolic state you've been in for so long...btw it's not fair that you still have some phenyl-prop..I miss that stuff

Thats great that your doing good. I am glad of your recovery.

Something troubles me though. After a serious enough injury to keep you from walking for some time and bed ridden, I dont think it would be a good idea to jump into a cycle and go pounding at the weights. I dont know you that well E2 but my stereotype of you tells me that you are quite the advanced athlete and are quite intelligent. Perhaps I am wrong and you know something I do not know or know better.

I would think that for your own short and long term recovery, taking things much slower will pay off. Perhaps a much lower dosed cycle and much less intensity rehabilitation.

Im also not sure of the exact extent of your injuries, but something tells me that if you havent been able to walk lately not only are your muscles much weaker, but your tendons and ligaments will be also. I would hate to see you end up tearing something bro.

Just be wise and listen to your body, as Im sure you will. I cant even imagine if soemthign happened to me and I lost 45lbs. I do think that would have a huge impact on me though and could possible cloud my thinking and shift my priorities towards getting back my muscle instead of proper healing. Dont take offense to this, I mean no disrespect. I am sure you are very intellegant.

Congrats on getting about again!

Everything sounds good except for maybe the Tren. If I'm not mistaken, tren is extremely rough on the joints. Or at least it is in my case. Could that hamper your healing and rehab?

I'm glad to see SOMEONE is healing!

Unfortunately, it's not me...

Great cycle, heavy one for a "normal" individual. I'm sure you're smart enough to judge for yourself when it's time to start up again, whether four weeks or eight or twelve.

I would avoid the d-bol. With your recovery and need to low bodyfat, it's not necessary.

Billy thank you for the concern, what i have posted is a guide, if my body tells me to train naturally longer, i will. I pride myself on listening to my body, i will know when it's time for me to get back on the gear. You're very right in saying that my ligaments and tendons are in a sad state, they're incredibly tight and stretching them and strengthning them is one of my largest priorites.

I never post what i will do in it's entirety, there is a lot more to it then just what i've posted.

I will take it easy, believe me, this accident has certainly changed my mindset about many things. The largest thing, is to unquestionably listen to myself. The day of the accident i knew something was going to happen yet ignored it, something which i normally dont' do.

In the gym starting monday!!!

Do you know how great you are going to feel that first day back in the gym? I'm not talking about the training part. The fact that you couldn't walk a couple of months ago and now you are getting back to the place that makes you happy is just too rewarding for words to express.

E2, the day I went back to the gym after my accident was one of the highlights of my life. I get chills thinking about it. I look forward to hearing about how you feel that day.

I'm really proud of you.....even if you did make fun of my wife's Yorkie in my pictures....LOL.

Take Good Care,

Cg

Right on big guy! You'll be back in no time, even if you do weigh a buck fitty now...

If I had Ulter's board powers, i'd give ya one of those attaboy thingamajiggs....or better yet, I think i'd save it for after your first squat day...yeah, that's when i'd use it.

Keep your head up!
