i have never had a test for life insurance. but i have a question. When you get out of the army they do bloodwork for you and a lot of my values were high. (bun, creatinine, ect) and i had never taken any gear ever. then i read in some magazine that for a bodybuilder to get truly accurate readings on these, they would have to undertake a normal diet and train minimally if at all for like a week to get their true values. any truth to this and do insurance companies look at creatinine and bun levels as problems? I do not have kidney failure despite what the blood tests said.

1stRule: Show Up!
2nd Rule: Squat!

I have to stop all protein shakes and weight training a week prior or my values will scare them silly.

the only areas that you may have issues are the liver values- but that is not a big factor in risk.

the hdl-ldl ratio is something that may be an issue. increase flax oil intake. use nolva, even low doses, to normalize ratios. the use of femara while amazing at estro-suppression will affect values.

dont see any real problems here.

I got the results of my exam. The blood checked for 20 things including : HIV, Hepatitis, cholesterol, liver values, fructosamine, and kidneys. The urine test looked at all the basics plus checked for cocaine and cotinine (a by product of tobacco use). they also did height, weight and blood pressure.

This was Zuric life. Kind of a suspicious bunch. They asked me if I used tobacco-wo which I truthfully answered NO - and tested me anyway for it.
