Default Feel ill after morning cardio?

I've tried doing cardio in the mornings, right after I wake up. I always feel ill afterwards. I thought it was just a matter of building up some tolerance. So, I started slow, 15 min/day. No sprinting, just slow jogging. And, I still feel badly for at least half a day. Has anyone else experienced this? Does anyone know what's going on?

Gee, Mr. N... Good question. Come to think of it, I felt better doing this before starting T3. Still, I'm only 25ug/d of T3. Will this have an effect?

bro, if you're gonna wake up and go to the gym first thing in the morning at least get in 30 minutes of cardio, minimum. 45-60 would be better. also, you're probably feeling sick due to low blood sugar plus the fact that you haven't ate in 8 or 9 hours. that will do it to you bro. good luck

How do you guys incorporate your AM cardio with your AM workouts? I'm now working out at 7am, and would like to do some cardio as well, but I don't know whether I should do it before or after (or just do it later in the day?).

I agree with Nate. When you go without food for 8+ hours then do physical activityand take a stimulant, your going to stir things up a bit.

Freshr1

Workout first, then consume some sort of protein and simple carbs, as you would normally, and then continue with your cardio. I keep a bottle of BCAA's in my gym bag and its very convenient.

I agree that I'm probably feeling sick because of low blood sugar. So, what can I do about it? Do a lower intensity exercise? Just allow myself to build up a tolerance? Take something?

Also, I plan on ramping up and eventually doing 30-60 minutes of cardio in the AM, but I figure with how sick I'm feeling, I should start easy.
