Strange possible side effect?

OK, I don't really know how to phrase this question without sounding stupid but here goes nothing. My brother started his cycle last Thursday. He is using 500mg test and 400mg EQ/week, with a Thursday/Monday injection split. Long story but it's like pulling teeth getting this kid to inject even twice a week. The first 4 weeks were to be sust amps and the final 4 weeks he'd switch to cyp from a compounding pharmacy. The EQ was 400 throughout, Ttokkyo. Shots went fine but on Monday he noticed a little black stuff on the tip of his penis while urinating. Figured it was fuzzies from the black undies he was wearing and shrugged it off. The next day he switched to grey undies but noticed the same thing again. He described it as a sort of fungal looking stuff. He said it wipes right off but comes back again. Granted, while I'm on the phone with him I almost spit out my protein shake twice from laughing so hard. I wish I could've recorded our conversation. All I could come up with is that the sust amps were possibly bad. I've used amps from that batch before and never experienced any problems but that was a little over a year ago. I was under the impression that with proper storage, AAS can have a shelf life of 7-10 yrs. The Tt EQ still had the plastic around the box and the vial was unopened so I assumed it was fresh. The vial of cyp from the compounding pharmacy, that he hasn't used yet, is less than 6 months old and has never been opened. My suggestion was to switch from the sust amps to the cyp. If nothing else, it will help narrow down the problem. Has anyone experienced this particular side before or does anyone have an idea as to what might be causing this?

The black stuff, whatever it is, is not related to the cycle. Tell him to stay out of that neighborhood and get a real girlfriend.

Thanks for the replies. I figured I'd get mostly jokes in response but that was to be expected. From my knowledge and research I was pretty sure it wasn't gear related but just wanted to double check.
