Im 18 and using 1-AD. It seems to me that a little common sense combined with actually researching with this stuff goes along away. For example, there is a guy on one of the other forums, 24 years old and taking 1200mg of 1-Test a day. Now that to me is one of the cases that supports banning them. I read every post I could by Patrick Arnold and I havent had any side effects yet.
That all being said I do support them being banned. I've watched 3 or 4 of friends taken ONE+ in recent months (they dont bother reading anything, they assume they know it all but then, one wanted to find ORAL test, moron). All it did was make them a bloated mess and one is starting to develop gyno, not to mention the fact the estrogen probably contributed to premature closing of their growth plates. This was actually in response to the pro-hormone article thread. My apologies for the mistake.

must concur with the fella's above me...save the money and train naturally for a few years and look back and realize you've added 20-30lbs of muscle...here's my supplement top 5
1) Protien, Like Mr.N said quantity in more important that quality 2) Creatine, I use Trac which contains no sugar and L-arginine(get to that later) 3) Multi Vitamin...don't ask why on this one 4) NYC, great fat burner that doesn't make me want to kill somebody 5) L-arginine, most overlooked truly great supplement out there, increases glycogen storage big time, great sex aid (releases nitric oxide) and also increase GH levels...to which extent I'm not sure but it has been clinically proven therealj@ziplip.com |
