did ya pop the joint capsule too?
i had that happen, washin dishes. had to get stiches inside to seal the joint back up and then stitches outside the knuckle to seal the outside.
fuckin pain in the ass.
had to splint and then wrap my pinky to my ring finger in gauze n cover it in duct tape so i could still work.

No it was just a flesh wound (hee hee), it was a big V shaped chunk that almost was cut off, but luckily, it stayed attached and the lady sewed me up well.

The irony of it all was that it was the least bad thing that happend that night. It started by us being in a rush to get our new site up because we had a client who needed his t-shirt line up by monday. We had his stuff up, but we were re-populating our shirts back on the new site. Well while we were working on it late at night we had a pipe burst. We had to shut off the main real quick and get the mop bucket out and start cleaning up. It was in my darkroom where I make t-shirt screens so I had to move my exposure unit out to get it away from the water. The exposure unit has a big thick piece of glass on top and as I moved it, it sliped out of my hand, hit the concrete floor, broke a section off, bounced back up and did that pretty little number on my finger.

I am still only half way done getting my shirts back on my site and haven't even put my new ones up yet, so I am using this nicely stitched up finger to type like crazy, lol.

Yeah, I know...it's just too hot for words. A buddy of mine from another board wanted me to take a pic for him of the knuckle, I took two.... the second one was more colorful, lol.....here, I'll post it too :D.

It doesn't hurt much today, I was even able to bend it fine and do my bi's and tri's today :D.

I damn near had my whole church up praying for my speedy recovery. Almost as many people praying for me as when I got that zit last year...
