Default Strange arm pump question.

Hey guys. I motocross and after just a few laps I get the most severe combination of arm pump and joint pain in my wrist and fingers. I am taking just Dbol/10-20mg/ED. I usually get arm pump when I ride anyway, AS or no AS, but its to the point that I cannot pull the clutch in after just 10 minutes of riding.

I know the Dbol isnt helping but I'm not going to stop it. My question is this:
What is the mechanism that is causing this and is there any way to "aleviate" it, even if its something that would help just for riding days?

What I dont understand is the wrist and finger joint pain that feels like arthritis. ouch I'm 30.

Any points or dierction is appreciated by me as always

The pump is something you'll have to get used to with dbol there is nothing you can do that will make it stop.
The joint pain is because your muscle has now gotten much stronger and your joints and connective tissue haven't caught up to it. So your muscles are causing excess strain on the joints. This is also a common charateristic of oral AS like dbol and winny.

I've raced motocross in the past both on and off gear and the forearm pump is always bad. A tip someone gave me once is to relax your grip as much as you can whenever possible. It does help a little.

My roomate in college was a C class motorcross racer. He complained of his forearms and grip giving out and getting real sore. He said he would try to stretch them out before the race and guys would look at him funny. I guess its something that some people have that race, but hasn't really been addressed in a motorX mag.

D-bol, water gain will definately make it much worse.

I am also having the same problems with my shins and forearms lately while rolling and doing cardio in Jiu-Jitsu class. So bad that I have to stop sometimes. I was wondering if you guys would think possably a prescription strength anti-inflamatory or muscle relaxer would help?

Thanks guys. I was hoping for an "magic answer". hehe. Looks like I just have to deal with it. I still dont get it though. I have had this problem since I was a child. Obviously I wasnt taking Dbol when I was 15.lol.

I am wondering if short fingers would agrivate this. I have small hands, well a little smaller than most I guess. From my palm to the tip of my middle finger measures 7.5". I wonder if a thinner bar would help.

thx for the comments and suggestions.
