Default Newbie needs advice

I really need advice on what to do-or to take. I am 205lbs and about 10% body fat. I have been lifting for about two years and really need help. I want to get to around 215 or maybe 220. I need around ten lbs of muscle. Is this impossible? What ideas do you guys have? I am 23 yrs old.

Kev. Realj is correct, need more stats. Height, weight, body type, genetics, diet, etc. IMO at your age you should be able to increase by 10 lbs naturally. It's all about the food, nutrition, and a few supplements. Save the juice for later. Like when your over 30 and really need it.

If you can't put on 10 lbs of muscle in 10 months on just a steady diet of iron and protein, there must be something wrong with you. 45 is right.

If you have never done a cycle...

I have to agree with the rest. You would be actually quite impressed with what a good high calorie diet will do. About three months ago I started eating high carbs (good ones) and high calories in an attemp to gain 10lbs naturally and in a less than two months I had gain 10 lbs, without the hassle of taking steroids and very little fat.

10 lbs of muscle is a reasonable goal for a cycle, but is also a resasonalbe goal for a diet.

I am 6'4". I have a fairly cut body with the exception of some fat on my stomach which really isn't that big of a deal. My diet is usually just fast food with an extra helping of pizza on the side. I usually do about 200 push ups every other night the same day as I lift. I usually spend a half hour on the Nautilus machines and another half hour on the free weights. I curl 110 lbs on a bench (preacher curls) usually 3 sets of ten. I do about 20 pull ups on a bar until I give out. I can bench around 200 lbs but this usually when I start doing 200 push ups every night, but it really starts to tire out my body quick and also doesn't let my body recover correctly. My arms are 16 inches in diameter (cold) and are my weak spot. My body type is similar to Brad Pitt in Fight Club. If my digital camera wasn't broke I would attach pics. Any ideas? I have taken 1AD before with some success-is there anything that I can do to help without juicing? I really don't want to unless I have to.

Let's get the easy part out of the way. YOU DON"T HAVE TO use AS. 1AD is not going to do much in the way of gains and is likely to cause all the same sides as AS. But then you probably know that already.
Like these guys are saying you only need to eat and train at this point. I would get some r-ALA if you intend to continue that diet you've described. It will help you dispose of all the baddy carbs and help build your muscles by making them suck up more nutrients.
The AS route should be your last resort. Stay here to learn how and what to do. Whether you use AS or not you'll learn a lot here.

buy an edition of muscle and fitness and get a good diet and workout regimen...seriously this isn't the board for such basic advice...everything starts with diet/training and you don't seem to have the slightest grasp on either

Yeah get a magazine and follow their trainning and diet. Either FLEX or Muscle Fitness, stay away from Men's Health.

There are alot of flaws to your routine, too many to mention, your diet for one, your eod pushups routine, your cardio routine, your body is hardly getting a chance to recover and grow. If you just change a thing or two you would probably gain 10 lbs in no time. Good luck.

I already know about my diet, it's just that I have not ever had to worry about my weight because of a high metabolism. However, things have changed somewhat and I realize that I am not going anywhere further with just eating "whatever." I have gotten a diet that a friend of mine uses, and will be going from there. I needed some insight about juice and that's why I came here. I will probably just lurk around to gather what I need and then move on, I was mainly interested in the risks that are associated etc. etc. I have gone through a couple of mags like Muscular Development but mainly just found ads and little advice. Besides, I'd rather have advice from someone in the same position as me and not someone who is getting a fat check to write up an article. You guys are definately right about Men's Health though. I am sticking with my Creatine fuel stack and weight gainer with most of my meals coming off of my George Forman Grill. I usually give my body a day in between to repair itself and my girlfriend is a massage therapist so there may be hope for me after all once my diet is in place I guess. Thanks for the help guys.

Your workouts sounds weak. I suggest reading up on some site about training or powerlifting.
