Default help me out here guys

wondering if anyone else shares my problem. Whenever i take winny or anavar tabs i get the most excrutiating shin splints when i run. I have no idea why but i always end up having to come off of them because the shin splints get so bad. Why is this and what is the best way around it. And to stop running is not an option

The only way to expose an opponents weakness is to first explore your own..........

could be cramps in your shin muscles from a reduction of water. It could also be from too much cortisol suppression, since many anabolics (winny in particular) are glucocorticoid antagonists

Its prob the Lack of H20 and the inflamation of your joints which can be common in using A/S.....Decca is supposed to help alliviate the pain...throw some in your cycle

This helps:

1) When you finish running IMMEDIATELY sit down with your legs raised for ten minutes to reduce swelling in the legs.

2) Before running fully stretch out the shins.

3) If you dont want to completely stop running you could just reduce it and make up with the step machine which places no strain on the shins.

I get them bad when I run...maybe like 1-2x a year ..lol

But anyways, I started running across the causeway with goes up, and then down. I find that flat surfaces I go them and up and down terrain I didnt.

Its not a matter of I don't want to run its a matter of I have TO. Part of a training program. Ran fine for awhile about 3 miles aday on the treadmill (on winny) and did fine. Went on vacation came back (still on winny) and started running on the concrete BAM shin splints from hell. They have kind of gotten better over the past 3 months from iceing, 30 minutes of stretching prior, and taping them up when I run. I sweat so much that i can't seem to stay hydrated. Not really feeling bad though strength is still up. I'm going through 3-5 gallons of water a day mixed with some weak gatorade powder for electrolytes. No biggie I was just trying to figure out if the winnys hardening effects had anything to do with the shin splints.

Why run when you can ride ? Deca will help but only for a while. Is there other Cardio machines at your club?

also try glycerol to retain more water inside your muscles, 3-5 gallons is a shit load of water to drink
