I'm hoping another 20 lbs does it... The leaner I get the fatter I feel.. if that makes sense, I changed the diet again and went from 300 to 296 this morning so I started making progress again, it drives me nuts, when I look at old pictures I'm happy with the progress and my wife tells me I look great but it's still not what I want... AHHHH!!!!

How do you go about shaping yourself from here, beyond just losing ever more fat?

You should start a training log in the Training Log forum. I'm sure people would be very interested in following that on a daily basis.

Just a little backstory. Mike left the powerlifting world with a record 1220 pound squat to become a WWE wrestler and has been filming a movie where he played one with Mikey Rourke.

just a little more background on mike.....i stood next to him at the bench bash for cash in orlando and at 5 ft 7 in 312 lb jacked i looked like a little boy. one the biggest guys ive ever seen in person. except for gary frank.

right now 280 I want to get to 10% BF not sure if it will be at 280 but whatever it takes

yer not a small dude...youd look ridiculous (as in ridiculously good) at a lower bf. great thickness tho, good job....look like a powerlifter.......try some var/test p/tren/primo with a low dose T3 and cycle eca and trex 2 on 2 off.....that should get you where you wanna be....and tell the carbs to fuck off after 2 oclock in the after noon. unless its fibrous carbs, i dont count those. You can eat fiber all day and not gain weight.
