Can I offer a couple observations? YOu'll have to determine if these are applicable because I'm going by how you appear in these pictures....

dbl bi poses -
- both front & rear - bring your elbows up just a little more
- front - throw your chest out a little more, feel the dbl bi pose "set" in your middle lats - like right behind & below your shoulders
- rear - see how it looks if you bring your elbows a little bit towards the back. I.e set up your pose and then pull your elbows just a little bit forward (well, back given you're facing back) --- not your hands or forearms, just your elbows just a little bit. You should feel that lower / mid lat pop a little more.

side chest - throw your chest out little more - it will force your rear shoulder to set back a little more instead of rolling forward. Also try sitting a little more into the pose - get more hammy action going.

How's the lat spread going?

Thanks Sas... I have been practicing, but I don't know I have days where I feel they are better than others. I did what you said and searched around to look at what others out there in the nationals, etc are doing. I even looked at Badgergirls pics from muscular development online and see what you mean about the foot stomping a ciggy. I know I DO NEED TO SIT MORE IN THE poses.. I can see this in pictures and just have to keep working on them. and I totally hear you on what you are saying on the elbows. I have days that I just don't believe in myself and days I think I am doing them so right. My friend Vinnie at the gym who competed for years looked at my lat spread and his eyes opened wide and he said, that is great , lol... but I think it sucks big time.

I won't even post another pic till I work on it more. I am going to see my nutrition coach tuesday and I have been showing him my poses.. He has been a critic too and offered me tips.

I hope to get them stronger soon... :wiggle:

Have someone like your nutrition guy watch you in good lighting and try those things like adjusting your elbows to get the most & tightest display on the dbl bis -- and see if there's one position that pops things or hides things more than the others.

Its all about optimizing! But it really helps to have someone watch in good light - esp your back is hard to see for yourself. Video helps but sometimes the details won't show up.

I forgot to share this pic with you guys. I hung out in my bikini all day yesterday - my daughter takes good pics, huh? That little girl needs a waitress, lol.... and she is a cheap tipper, let me tell ya :(

wow....very nice.

i swear your thighs have GOT to be larger and more defined than mine....and i always thought mine where pretty big to begin with. (I was fat...had to build the lower body to carry it all around....)

its a compliment btw, if it doesnt sound like one.
