FUDE kept telling me I should make my own log so.... here goes....
Today I worked out with my babes and this is what I got so far.. Treadmill 20 mins alternating walking/running Seated Machine Press 40lbs 5 sets of 15 Seated Low Row 60lbs 3 sets of 20 Abs 100 alternating oblique crunches 200 crunches not sure how pathetic that sounds to you guys.. but it is a start ![]() |

. first time she came down and saw my gym there was 185lbs layin on the ground and she just walked over bent down n picked it up n looked at me n goes "is this all you do?". lmao..first we gotta get some screws taken outta that ankle tho babe.

![]() TIP - Try alternating bicycles with upper body motion superd with scissor kicks 30 seconds of each X 5 rest one minute go again all you need, you'll hate me a day or so later let me know if you need a better explanation. V'ups are always fun but I rec starting here if you can't get 10 'good ones' without cheating OR esp for compounds, decline (aka incline) crunches simply using your bodyweight to start (focus on the contraction at the bottom of the movement, i.e. hold for 1-2 full seoncds, then back up, BW x 10-12 for 3 to 4 sets & hypers same rep scheme to start. K all suggestions Im sure you want. Have a great day!
