Default Olivia Gets Her Ass in Gear!

FUDE kept telling me I should make my own log so.... here goes....


Today I worked out with my babes and this is what I got so far..


Treadmill
20 mins alternating walking/running

Seated Machine Press
40lbs 5 sets of 15

Seated Low Row
60lbs 3 sets of 20

Abs
100 alternating oblique crunches
200 crunches

not sure how pathetic that sounds to you guys.. but it is a start

I am going to have to have Fude translate that a lil for me.. but I already printed it out and am ready to try it out. i understood everything except when you started talking about compounds..? But I hope that doesnt involve working out with cement or something... I will figure it out thanks

decline / Incline situps look like this but his form is bad IMO and he's going to fast


Hypers - you would start with no weight of course



compounds = An exercise that involves two or more joint movements

i.e Squats, Push Press, Deadlift
