My legs are actually one of my strongest bodyparts (along with lower back) but they don't grow very well. Instead they just get stronger while staying the same size. That kinda frustrates me so in the past year there have been many times when I train legs only once or twice a month.

I'm 6'1 and in all those pictures I was between 230 (in the avi pic) - 245 (the delt pic). I don't plan to compete because that would require me to gain another 15-20 lbs first and that's pretty hard since I don't like eating a lot of food.

Excellent.. Your legs are perfect with your upper extremities... your entirety is a piece of art. I hear you on the competitors eating regime. Its tough.. the hardest part for me is the PLANNING not so much the eating and I am very good at planning ahead for my meals, but every now and then I forget something or my water intake is not on key. I myself can't wait to put on 15-20 pounds of GOOD clean eats, but every now and then I will throw myself a bone and eat something from my roots.. Other than chocolate and ice cream, its the only things I really miss.

you're nuts..... you have better genetics than 95% of the people that I have seen at local amature shows and you look better than most pre show in your normal condition.

Please don't use the "C" word. ;) I try to avoid that whenever I can. If I get really ambitious, I do 30 minutes on the elliptical in the morning. But that's very rare. I did a total of maybe 25 cardio sessions all of last year. I'd rather eat less then do cardio.

My diet is pretty simple. 250-350g of protein, low fat especially saturated fat, and low simple sugars. Those are really the only rules. When I am cutting I eat around 2500 calories per day. When I try to gain weight I try to get 5000 but that never seems to happen. I don't like to eat a lot.

Are you talking about the third picture? Those people at photobucket make me laugh. First of all, that same picture is on there twice and they only removed one. And if that picture violates their terms of service, I have some other pictures on there that REALLY violate the terms of service but they never remove those.
