Default Cardio Question & Cycle Critique

I have let my self get fat the last couple of months so it is time for a nice 16 week cut cycle. I am 31 YO, 6'1, 240lbs at 13% BF. I have been training close to 15 years and using AAS for the last 11 years. 16 months ago with a Dr.'s consultation I made the decision to stay on year round.

After hearing Ulter keep raving about morning Cardio I have decided to give it a try. My question is what post cardio meal should I have?

A) Wait to eat as long as possible after cardio then have a reqular low carb/high protein meal.

B) Drink a typical post work out shake followed by a meal a half an hour later.

C) Eat a high Carb/High protein meal.

My cycle is as follows:

1-16 1000 mg of test a week
1-16 1000 mg of EQ a week
4-16 150 mg of tren a day
8-16 100 mg of winny a day
T-3 (Undecided about dosage as of this time)
2 mg of arimedex a day(adjusted as needed)
Typical supplements and liver protectants.

Goal is to lose 5% BF with little or no loss of muscle mass.

It's probably more important that you describe a typical daily nutritional outline - since you want to lose BF AND gain lean.

D) Some of the above.

Yes wait as long as possible to eat. Eat a regular meal with 600mg of ALA just prior to the meal.

The cycle looks awesome.
