I've been out of college for a year now and have accomplished pretty much nothing with my body. Got up to 255 before Xmas, but its been a constant yo-yo since then. Moving in with the new girlfriend, and just recently the sportbike accident, have kept me less then 100% focused towards my goals. I hope to heal up in a couple weeks. I went back on 4ml of Sten to speed up the recovery hehe... Anyway, I'm posting my Diet and Cycle for some input. I know I can do amazing things with my body if I'm focused, it's just hard to maintain it sometimes, but now I think I'm ready to give 10 weeks 100% and see what I get.
Start Date: xx-xx-xx Weeks 1-6 -1,250mg Sust (Loeffler Testosterona) -150mg Tren ED (Fina Kit) -1ml B-12 3x Week w/ Sust -1 tab pizotifen Fri & Sat -1mg Arimidex EOD (Liquidex) Weeks 7-10 -100mg Prop ED Biceps/Triceps (Brovel T-50) -1,000mg EQ (Ttokkyo Boldenon 200) -1mg Arimidex EOD (Liquidex) -1 tab pizotifen Fri & Sat -1ml B-12 3x Week w/ Sust Diet Bulking Diet: 8:15 AM 1) Orange Juice Homefries Double Eggs 10:00 AM 2) Protein Shake 12:00 PM 3) 7 oz fish/chicken Rice & Fruit Ice Tea 3:00 PM 4) 1PBJ 1 Protein Bar Ice Tea 5:30 PM 5) **Pre-Workout** 20 oz Fruit Juice w/ 2 Scoops protein 1 Orange 8:00 PM 6) **Post-Workout** 20 oz Fruit Juice w/ 2 Scoops protein 1 Orange 9:15 PM 7) 9 oz Steak / Chicken / Fish 10-11:00 PM Snack/Bedtime I'm currently 5'11" 225 lbs, bf is 12% The pizotifen is only taken on Fri/Sat so it doesn't make me fall asleep at work. The B-12 is for appetite (doesn't do much) and energy. I was thinking of adding insulin, but I train close to bedtime. I also take a multivitamin 3X a day with 3,000mg Vitimin C per day, if any of you use any supplements that are worth adding in let me know. |

jeez, thats a moose of a cycle. I dont think personally i would take that much, but if i did this is my opinion:
sandwich the sustanon between 2 weeks of prop in the beginning and end of your cycle. why not take .5mg liquidex ed? i know the halflife is 50 hrs, but it certainly couldnt hurt to take every day. ALSO, start the anastrozole about a week before your first inject. where is your recovery therapy plans? last but not least, i hope you didn't choose loeffler sus over something else. IMO that stuff is dirty |

I always get mex gear because its cheap and it works well enough for me. I can't take the liquidex every day, it gives me the shits.
I haven't yet decided if I'm going to come off, probably not, I'll run a low dose of something, as to what it will be I have not yet decided. |
